Seattle Public Library Seattle Central Library: Building Tour + Librarian Talk
Join us for a guided tour of Seattle’s iconic Central Library. The Seattle Central Library is the flagship of the Seattle Public Library system. Innovative in both form and function, the contemporary glass and steel structure opened its doors in 2004. After viewing the physical space and learning about the high-tech book-handling system, we’ll meet with a staff librarian to learn more about how the Seattle Library is engaging Seattle residents in lifelong learning.
