Strategy is the art of distributing limited resources to achieve your goals. In the first half of the session, we’ll introduce the why, what, and how of Intranet Strategy, including the relationship between business goals and intranet goals. In the second half, we’ll break into small groups to discuss how to match intranet strategies and tactics to goals, sequence intranet improvements into a roadmap to implement your strategy, and overcome potential obstacles along the way.
